We have been looking forward to seeing this playground revamp, after it’s months-long reconstruction.

Whilst anyone familiar with its original offerings would know that the giant lion statue and central cave rock structure, aren’t new, it certainly has some great new additions.

The revamped playground features a waterplay/sand play area, which is perfect for the warmer months, as well as a shade sail and two mini inground trampolines. Even the sandpit diggers have been upgraded.

The play space sits on a combination of bark and rubber surfacing, and is complimented with all the usual amenities, such as a water fountain, seating, and bbq area, as well as a bike stand.

The playground is situated near a large oval, giving opportunity for ball sports and more outdoor fun. It’s noteworthy that presently there is no fencing around the perimeter of the playground, hence little ones can easily wonder onto the car park.

All in all, a really picturesque playground that inspires the animal lover in everyone!
